Protein Ring Support

For help with Protein Ring, email support@proteinring.com.

Include:

The email address used for Protein Ring sign-in.
The device model and iOS version.
A short description of the issue.
Screenshots when they help explain the problem.

Do not include payment card details, passwords, auth tokens, or sensitive medical information in support email.

Common Requests

Account deletion

Open Protein Ring -> Profile -> Account -> Delete account.

Account deletion permanently removes your profile, goals, meal logs, reminder preferences, and account login from Protein Ring. Subscription cancellation still happens through your Apple or Google Play subscription settings.

Data export

Open Protein Ring -> Profile -> Account -> Export my data, or email support@proteinring.com with the subject “Protein Ring data export request”.

Subscription management

Open Protein Ring -> Profile -> Subscription -> Manage subscription when a management URL is available, or use your app store account subscription settings.

Purchase restore

Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. If restore does not find an active subscription, confirm you are signed into the store account that purchased the subscription.
